This JSONBin.io Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between JSONBin.io. (“JSONBin.io”, “us”, or “we”) and the entity or person (“you”, “your”, or “user”) who registered on the JSONBin.io to Create, Read, Update and Delete the JSON data and other business services that may be offered by JSONBin.io and its affiliates (each, a “Service”). This Agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Services.
If you do not understand any of the terms of this Agreement, please Contact Us before using the Services.
You may not access or use any Services unless you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
Registration
By registering on JSONBin.io, you agree to our Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. on registering, JSONBin.io will store your data for authentication and security reasons.
We do not have restrictions on Age group and Country from where the users are registering, but JSONBin.io holds all the rights to delete a user's account if it doesn't abide by the terms and conditions stated in this document.
Fair Usage
We hold all the rights to block the User Account, IP, Referrer, or even Delete the User Account or the User Records if they are Spam.
User Accounts and Records can be blocked if too many requests are hit in a short time, and this cannot be rolled back without manual intervention
Account Deletion
Account Deletion requests can be sent to the Admin via the Contact page. On successful verification post your request, JSONBin.io will approve and initiate the deletion of your account, and it's associated data.
All the data related to your account, which is fetched from Auth services as well as the data you've stored will be erased completely fom our servers within 7 days after the request is initiated.
We hold all the rights and can reject the deletion request if the data needs to be retained for security reasons.
Payments
As of now, we do not have a Paid Plan Cancellation policy. Under certain circumstances, we do accept the cancellation requests (for example: bought a paid plan on multiple accounts).
We hold all the rights to approve or reject the paid plan cancellation.
Uptime & Stability
We are committed to serving our users with the best experience possible. We are trying to work on the availability and stability, and we are aiming to achieve uptime over 99.9%.
This does not include the planned downtimes required for security fixes, system upgrades, performance improvements, and product updates.
JSONBin.io is not responsible for any damage caused to your service in-case of the Downtime or interruption of the service at our end.
Note: we do not commit any uptime numbers as of now.
Damage & Abuse
We hold all the rights to ban an account and the bins if abuse or spam is detected. The service is meant to store and retrieve the data. Refrain from storing any copyrighted content, or any text content which isn't owned by you.
If any such data is found, it will be removed from our servers completely on request via entities like DMCA or anything similar.
Pricing
As of now, we do not have an option in place to cancel the paid plan. Plan once bought cannot be cancelled.
Under certain circumstances, we might help you cancel your plan and refund but it completely depends on the scenario.
